Summary 

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure efficient and effective office operations. The Office Manager will provide support with scheduling, filing, organising, and other administrative tasks. This position will also be responsible for managing office supplies, office related vendor relationships and maintaining office equipment. Our office gives space for a 25-30-people team to ensure a creative working environment also supporting a hybrid working model. To be in line with that our Office Manager is required to be on-site 5 days a week roughly 4 hours a day. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary 
  • Maintain office equipment, such as copiers, etc.
  • Handle incoming calls, mail and other correspondence
  • Organise international shipping
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team 
  • Handle office related vendor relationships and manage contracts 
  • Assist with event planning, as needed
  • Oversee office services and maintenance 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience in an office manager or administrative role
  • Excellent English, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of office management processes and procedures 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask
