The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure efficient and effective office operations. The Office Manager will provide support with scheduling, filing, organising, and other administrative tasks. This position will also be responsible for managing office supplies, office related vendor relationships and maintaining office equipment. Our office gives space for a 25-30-people team to ensure a creative working environment also supporting a hybrid working model. To be in line with that our Office Manager is required to be on-site 5 days a week roughly 4 hours a day.
