We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant based in Zug, Switzerland, to support the Founder and CEO of Acasus. This role will be responsible for managing day to day operational administration tasks to ensure smooth running, and will contribute to key deliverables including report & presentation preparation / distribution, meeting arrangements, agendas and travel plus ad-hoc strategic and special projects as required.
The position requires someone who has a professional communication style, pays close attention to detail, has great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple high priority requests whilst still meeting tight deadlines. We are seeking candidates who are able to anticipate needs, handle confidential information, offer creativity to initiate enhancements and be flexible with work schedules to meet impromptu demands.
Follow up with contacts, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
Review, develop, and maintain contracts
Review, develop, and maintain invoices and the invoicing system
Coordinate expense claims and expense reporting
Coordinate events & meetings and facilitate smooth running
Develop, deliver and maintain standard portions of proposals (eg standard Acasus text, CVs added to proposals, etc)
Fluency in German and English
Fluency in Italian and any other language will be considered a major plus
7-10 years of executive assistant management experience (ideally answering to law partner or CEO)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong drive and motivation
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Interest in social issues
