Acasus undertakes high-profile projects in an expanding group of countries, including Pakistan, Chad, the DRC, Mozambique, Somalia, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, and Nigeria.
From increasing vaccine delivery, to providing greater education access for children, our consultants are helping millions of people access better services around the world.
Join us if you want the opportunity to do the same.
Acasus started out in Pakistan in 2014, with just a handful of consultants advising the Government of Punjab on rapid health care reform. Since then, our Pakistan team has grown to over 80 consultants, advising the Department of Health across all of the country's provinces. Our consultants identify, structure, execute and monitor key initiatives aimed at improving immunisation, polio and primary health outcomes across Pakistan. This includes deploying technology to assess performance, holding key stakeholders accountable, enhancing service delivery, and building the capacity of key government officials.
We are now looking for dedicated interns who will either graduate in 2026, are starting their senior year of an undergraduate degree in September, or are currently enrolled in a Master's programme.
As an intern, you should ideally be based in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, or Quetta. The role will require an iterative exercise across four major areas: stakeholder engagement, field monitoring, data analytics, and document development.
This 8-week, full time engagement focuses on addressing real-world health sector challenges in immunisation and primary care in Pakistan. Responsibilities include collaborating with consulting teams to analyse key issues, engaging with real data sets, and conducting field visits for developing evidence-based solutions. The role provides hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making, on-the-ground problem identification, and contributing to meaningful improvements in Pakistan's healthcare landscape.
Our team is incredibly diverse in terms of background, nationality, gender, race, sexuality, and other dimensions. We actively seek to further increase this diversity. We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.
