In Pakistan, between 2013 and 2026, we helped the government raised national full immunisation coverage from 54% to 81%, with massive progress in areas like Sindh (29% to 75%), KP (53% to 72%), and Balochistan (16% to 57%), while Punjab rose from 66% and stabilised at 90%.

In the DRC, our support for routine immunisation reforms under Mashako 1.0 helped dramatically increase complete vaccination coverage across the nine provinces, protecting hundreds of thousands of children.

In Sokoto, Nigeria, we helped expand family planning services, growing modern method users from 42,296 to 52,272. This included a 33% surge in first-time users, rising from 27,856 to 36,986.
