Vaccines alone don’t save lives – it takes a daily miracle of human collaboration. When delivery falters, vaccines spoil in broken refrigerators, health workers fail to reach children, and preventable diseases claim lives.

Governments use SystemSolving to support massive coverage gains, driving equitable, life-saving protection directly into the most underserved communities.
In Pakistan, between 2013 and 2026, the government raised national full immunisation coverage from 54% to 81%, with gains seen in Sindh (29% to 75%), KP (53% to 72%), and Balochistan (16% to 57%), while Punjab rose from 66% and stabilised at 90%.
Public health authorities launched and scaled the Mashako Plan, embedding operational improvements that navigated a post-Covid dip to return to growth.

We help governments to protect children with life-saving routine vaccinations. By enabling leaders to act fast on last-mile realities, we help ensure supply chains are optimised, facilities are functional, and vaccinators are supported at the last mile. This approach has supported lasting coverage gains – including raising national full immunisation in Pakistan from 54% to 81% between 2013 and 2026.

We help protect adolescent girls – including those out of school – by combining data-driven planning with targeted community engagement. In Nigeria, better visibility and women-led mobilisation helped vaccinate 7 million girls – achieving 74% national target coverage. In Ethiopia, data-driven microplanning helped local health teams expand coverage to out-of-school girls by 40% across pilot zones.

We build real-time performance tracking tools and rapid feedback loops that allow public health teams to catch delivery gaps instantly and curb transmission. This approach powered a 96% surge in measles vaccinations across Pakistan, protected 16.3 million children in seven DRC provinces with 97% target coverage, and slashed dropout rates by 42% in Ethiopia.
