By embedding real-time tracking and problem-solving approaches, national and provincial leadership expanded active facility monitoring from a 35% baseline.
Supervisory data integrated directly into routine performance reviews and structured follow-ups drove stock availability up from 74% alongside overall facility functionality.
Spatial mapping and targeted outreach routines quadrupled community vaccination coverage from a 15% baseline.
